If he were a skill labor (electrician, plumber, repairman, etc.), an entrepenur or furthering his education, that would be a sign of being driven.
She is a snob because its hard to get a job with a criminal record and his ex wife took almost all his money so yea he needs a job and will take whatever he can get and sometimes he makes good tips and he gets free pizza within reason
