They DO NOT think I purposely was masturbating in front of Heather after their investigation. I am however being kept in the empty dorm so I dont have to have a roommate and because of what I was watching when she walked in and my “behavior” when they talked to me theyre making me go to the colleges counseling services once a week. Whatever at least nothing criminaly happened! Ugh I cant believe I have to do counseling again.
